The way may be through the thick forest with thorns and thistles. You wil lhave to walk. If you are sincere God's Grace will descend. You will not feel anything. 2. Any spiritual path pursued with real sincerity and faith leads the aspirant to God-realisation. 3. Spiritual Life is the only glorious life. Forget not this great message. 4. The spiritual life must be built upon and sustained by a well- conceived, clear ideal, a definite programme of life and a background of thought. 5. Rigorous discipline of the kind through practice and dispassion constitutes the method of attaining freedom and bliss eternal. 6. Through spiritual Sadhana lies the only hope and assurance of attaining real peace, bliss and freedom. 7. Without constant Abhyasa or spiritual practice you cannot expect to have any success in spiritual life. 8. Sadhana should be carried on continuously for a long time. Sadhana is done, because it is the sole and prime purpose of human life. 9. Sadhana is catching hold of one ideal and sticking to it at all costs, even at the risk of life. 10. Sadhana and Immortal bliss live together. 11. God cannot be realised unless your entire mind is given to Him. 12. Anushthana is concentrated spiritual practice. Contd....
