British neurologist John Eccles concluded that human consciousness is extra-cerebral and that the non-physical mind enters the physical brain during embryological development.Wilder Penfield wrote, " To suppose that consciousness of the mind has locality is a failure to understand neurophysiology. " Nobel scientist George Wald echoed that consciousness lies outside the parameter of space and time and it cannot be located, as it has no location.
