Guest guest
prof laxmi narain (prof_narain) Source and courtesy: Sri Ramana Kendram, Hyderabad This article was published in Sri Ramana Jyothi, monthly magazine of the Kendram. THOUGHT CONTROL: Do not try to control the thought process. Let it go by itself. Just be aware of it or act as a witness to it. Slowly, through constant and patient practice, it will lose its momentum and would gradually decline and fall away. Another method is of controlling the prana. If one has sufficient mastery over the prana, one would have mastery not only over the thought but also over the body and various organic functions of the body. - Anonymous
