THOUGHT CONTROL: Do not try to control the thought process. Let it go

by itself. Just be aware of it or act as a witness to it. Slowly,

through constant and patient practice, it will lose its momentum and

would gradually decline and fall away. Another method is of

controlling the prana. If one has sufficient mastery over the prana,

one would have mastery not only over the thought but also over the

body and various organic functions of the body. - Anonymous
