For How Long should one meditate?

A Common question asked by many Sadhakas in the

preliminary stage is that, for how many days/years

should I do Kundalini Yog Sadhana.

Appreciating the fact that these people started on the

part of realization, which only one among thousands

begin as mentioned by Lord Krishna

Manushyanam Sahasreshu Kaschid yatati siddhaye

Yatatam api siddhanam Kaschin mam vetti tattvatah

(Bhagavadgita 7.3)

 

The time of reaching the goal depends on the sadhakas

approach on how intense his urge is towards the goal

of realization. In this Adhi Teevra Samvega will

attain sooner. These people will have single point

agenda of Seeking god until the goal.
