Hari Om,

 

Here is a testimonial of one of the students own

Problem :- 1) Double vision in the eye. Couldn’t read,

see anything after 7PM as everything seems to be

double (including the dinner ) and this is due to the

weakness in the eye muscles. Have power of -6 in both

the eyes.

2) Irregular cycle with severe pain

and suffered with fever, backpain, hip pain etc.,

everymonth before one day and during the cycle period.

Have both cysts and fibroids in the womb.

3) Low BP due to unnecessary

worrries, very anemic. Used to have iron, vitamin,

calcium tablets everyday.

 

Suggestion by Doctor :- For eye and uterus they said

I need to go for surgery and the success rate of the

eye surgery is very less. I am not so comfortable of

undergoing both the surgeries as the success rate is

less and side effects would be severe .

 

Benefits of Prayanama , Jepam :- After 2 months of

continous Pranayama my vision had improved a lot and I

am able to read without any problem in the evening .

My weakness in the eye muscles are getting better now

and the Doctor’s were surprised about the improvement.

 

My cycle is to some extent

normal now. Not getting any fever and the pain has

also reduced a bit. So I thought of managing for few

years without surgery.

Not eating any iron tablet and

able to manage both personal and official work better.

 

Because of Jepam having less

tension nowadays, able to take things in a light

manner.

 

Food :-

 

Apart of Pranayama and Japam, changed the food habit

also by eating carrot, dates , salads, fruits

everyday.
