Doctors will always attribute this to reasons such as heart failure, cancer, congestion of the lungs, etc. But the mystics explain that every person is allotted a certain number of breaths, a certain quantity of food, a fixed amount of honour and dishonour, a portion of good health, of illness, and so on. These are unchangeable facts of destiny. In fact, our relations, family and friends, who are so very important to us now, will not even know when or from where the Angel of Death comes, or where we have gone to. There will be nothing they can do at that time, except to weep at our departure. The mystics tell us that our relatives, friends, homes, our accumulated wealth, our honour and glory all desert us at the allotted hour of our death.
