Hari Om My dear Divine Brothers and Sisters

As we were discussing about Kundalini Sakti and the journey which was disclosed

by the Great Sage VedaVyas in Brahmanda Purana, Uttara Khanda, " Lalita Sahasra

Nama "

It will be helpful for the sadhak to know about the Chakras. Chankra can be

viewed as the store of energy and channeliser(in brief)

There are 7 (most important) chakras in the body. Namely,

Mooladhara - Located at the bottom of the Backbone

Swadhistana - about 4 inches above the Mooladhara chakra (Backbone)

Manipura - at the Naval region (Backbone)

Anahata - Hridaya Pradesa (Backbone)

Visuddhi - Kanta Pradesa (Top of Backbone)

Ajna Chakra - Bhru Madhya (between eye brows)

Sahasrara - Crown of the Head (Top)

As the dormant Kundalini shakti(at Mooladhar) gets awakened and reaches the

Sahasrara chakra, the sadhaka experiences the eternal bliss.

" Sahasrarambujaroodha Sudha Sarabhi Varshini "

To get this knowledge one has to do sincere sadhana. Learning from a realized

Guru is the secret.

Jai Gurudev

May Goddess Bless you

Hari Om

Sage Vedavyasa discloses in Lalita Sahasranama

" Mooladhraika Nilaya Brahmagrandhi Vibhedini

Manipuranta Rudhita Vishnu Grandhi Vibhedini

Ajna Chakrantaralsha Rudra Grandhi Vibehdini

Sahasrarambujaroodh a Sudha Sarabhi Varshini "

Whick describes the jouney of Kundalini Yoga Sakthi and the untwining of knots

while Kundalini travels upwards (Urdhwa Kundalini)

A Grandhi (or knot) can be defined as the twine of Nadis. There are three

Grandhis (knots) in body which are formed due to the twining of Nadis Ida and

Pingala.

First among them is the Brahmagrandhi. Located at Swadhistana Chakra.

Second one is Vishnu Grandhi, which is also known as Hridaya Grandhi. Location

Anahata Chakra

Third among them is the Rudra Grandhi at Ajna Chakra

These grandhis will be untwined (Grandhi vichhedana) as Kundalini energy travels

upward.

This MUST be learned from a realized sage and practiced as directed by Guru.

Thus takes you to the state of realization.

May Goddess Bless you

Hari Om Divine Souls

What is atma Gyan? a question asked by one of the great inquisitive souls.

Answer is

As the Bhagavadgita says " Manushyanama Sahasreshu Kaschidyadati. .. " , one among

thousands will have the curiosity to know about the Brahmagyana/ Atmagyan.

True Guru who is realized will be happy to listen this kind of question and

answer the same.

To answer the question about Atma Vidya/Sri Vidya/Brahma Vidya it is defined as

the Sarva Sreshta Vidya that removes the veil of Ajnana thus taking the

practitioner towards the supreme realization.

The way to achieve is,

1. approach the Guru as Bhagavan says " Tadviddhi Pranipatena Pariprasnena Sevaya

Upadekshyanti te gnanam gnaninastatva Darsina "

2. DO Sravana, Manana, Nidhi, Dhyasa..

3. DO Sadhana (Meditation, Meditation and Meditation)

Swamiji teaches Kundalini Yoga and a sincere sadhaka will get the State of

Samadhi in about 40days.

Please visit the asram-address in the website http://satguruh. org, meet swamiji

and learn more as per your convenience.

However, until then read " Lalita Sahasra Nama " everyday

Jai Gurudev

May goddess bless you
