He says: Sadhana is an adventure of the highest order. Normally, when one follows a spiritual path one had to say good-bye to all physical comforts and to go through mental and moral conflicts which can only be described by the word `excruciating.' But the path has its own reward of abiding peace, a harmonious and integrated personality, and eventually the enjoyment of bliss, which is beyond words.
