The Advantage of White Wine

 

When you are eating a meal high in protein such as meat, fish or

beans, sip on a glass of white wine. The acid in the wine assists the

breakdown of protein in the stomach and acts just like hydrochloric

acid, which is produced naturally in the stomach to break down protein.

 

(Dear Members, please note that this kind of posts are meant for only

those, who are in the habit of eating meat or high protein dishes AND

NOT for every one in the group and TBP, in NO WAY either to

eating meat or encourage drinking wine)
