1. Accept yourself: Don't get too critical about yourself. Just learn

How to love yourself as you are. Perfectionism is really a strategy

for self rejection, as we can not become perfect. What we can do is

strive for quality where it matters, and that often includes

refinement of what we do.

2. Happiness is a state of mind: No one can make you unhappy if you

have Decided for sure that you will be happy in most situations.

Learning to understand and accept that we are TRAINED to accept others

negative words and Make them true within ourselves... that we make

them feel true... means we can also interrupt that process and no

matter how well rehearsed that it may be... to reinforce a new reality

that we define ourselves.

3. Prioritize your life: Learn how to balance the various

Responsibilities that you may have so that your priorities are being

met. Set aside the correct amount of time and energy for those things

that you need to do in order of their importance!. Remember that

saying NO to something asked / demanded of you is saying YES to

something more important to you.

4. Take care of your health: An unhealthy body cannot be the home of a

Happy mind. Find simple solutions unique to you. Discover what foods

agree with YOUR BODY. What exercise is healthy and non injurious for

you and how much is good for you. How much rest do you require ? Get

that much.Evaluate your habits , keeping the good ones and replacing

the others.

5. Stay in the company of happy people: Being in the company of people

Who have a habit of criticizing is likely to divert your mind toward

Negative thoughts.

Positive constructive friends will affirm your worth values and goals,

and share their success strategies with you.

6. Be grateful: Saying a small " thank you " for what you have can make

a lot of difference.
