Dear friends,

 

Wish You All Be Blessed with the Grace of Navarathiri Nayagis.

 

We are discussing / talking about Hindu Dharma, Cultures and Traditions, which

occupies most.

 

Here, we do want to share with the importance of the investments, which arose

out of tragedy seen in the broking community, besides one of our client, who had

taken a loan for constructing a home, which crossed 1 C, was sacked out of the

company, where he was drawing a salary more than 1 lakh p.m. in India, took a

In practical, is the first para occupies  first and foremost position in our

life?  If so, can it suits the answer of the following question?

 

“A bread winner of the family, who sits infront of the computer / laptop

(Person, who works with this machine has been taken as example, here), now, be

seen on wall within a frame covered with glass on next day, which would take

care of their heirs?

 

“SPIRITUAL / CUSTOMS AND PRACTICE / DOCTRINES OF ONE’S OWN DESIGN / SAVINGS”

 

If your answer is Spiritual, it is Good and very much appreciatable, provided,

 

Ø         The dependants of the bread winner should not come to the road.

 

         The dependants of the bread winner should maintain the same status, as

he / she was alongwith them.

 

Ø         The education of the child(ren) should not be stopped in the middle.

 

Ø         He / she should not drop a signal to the parent(s), who requires

periodical / continuous medical attention, be followed his path.

 

Ø         The marriage of daughter or son to a good proposal should not be

stopped, then.

 

Ø         The rent paid to the house, hitherto, should be continued further,

without any disturbance.

 

Ø         Amount spent for groceries and apparels so far, should be continued

further, of course within the required parameter.

 

Ø         “We have not problems, except his / her presence”; if the words were

compiled by his / her better half and / or dependant parents, then alone the

importance given to Spiritual is correct.

 

If the answer is Customs and Practice, it is also acceptable, provided,

 

         If the answer for the above fulfillment must be YES.

 

         Even then, he / she should practice the Spiritual path, in his / her

life, from this day onwards. Not only for well-being in the future, but to

cross-over the grievances, if one may come across.

 

If the answer is Good Doctrines in life, it is also very much laudable,

provided,

 

v        The answer should be “YES” for the expected problems, stated under the

heading Spiritual.

 

v        Even then, he / she should ensure that the doctrines being followed

should not touch the life of the others.

 

v        Finally, if he / she adopts Spiritual in life, the doctrine followed

hitherto would get a good outfit and colour.

 

If the answer is “NO”, even it was ticked anyone of the first three holdings in

life, YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION, EXCEPT TO THINK OF THE LAST ONE, WHICH IS

NOTHING BUT “INVESTMENT / SAVINGS”.

 

DO YOU FEEL, YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE EARLIER; DON’T THINK ABOUT THE PAST; BECAUSE,

PAST IS DEAD.

 

DO YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE TO DO INVESTMENT ON LATER STAGE; DON’T DO; BECAUSE FUTURE

IS UNCERTAIN.

 

DO YOU THINK OF WHAT TO DO THEN; INVEST ON THIS DAY ITSELF; NOT TODAY; NOW

ITSELF; NOT NOW, THIS MOMENT ITSELF. BECAUSE PRESENT IS THE REALITY.

 

GOLDEN RULE BEFORE PLACING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY:

 

Investment proposed to place through an Agent / Broker,

 

1)       You may get the guidance on the product (s) floated by the institution,

in which they are attached.

2)       They always recommend on the same institution.

3)       You will not get clear picture about the product benefits of different

institutions.

4)       Some may guide you the wrong products, which may not offer you good

return; but to them.

5)       You may often to search for another agent / broker, to place investment

on other institution, you wish.

 

Instead, place your investment through an Investment Consultant,

 

1)      You would be guided with more number of products, floated by the

different institutions.

2)      Even if you are unable to choose, they would guide on products, which

would cater your needs.

3)      The institution, they recommend now may not necessarily be continued on

future investments.

4)      Though there is a chance of recommending a wrong product, in most of the

time it would not happen, where they have track record.

5)      No need to run from pillar to post, to place investment on different

institutions, as the reputed consultants act as a financial supermarket, to

cater and fulfill all your needs.
