Guest guest
Adi Sankaracharya was an avatar of Lord Sivamahadeva. By the age of 12, he had mastered all the Sastras. Sankara wrote commentaries on Prasthanatraya - the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita and the Brahmasutras of Badarayana. These are always afresh with many hidden meanings and come out every time one reads or listens them. Sankarabhagavadpada composed several prakarana texts to expound the Vedic knowledge to common people. Each prakarana takes up one issue in the Sastras, analyses it threadbare and gives the final view in accordance with the Upanishads. Through Brahma Jnanavali Mala, Adi Sankara teaches knowledge of Brahman as propunded in Vedanta or Upanishads. It is a compact work of 21 verses set to anustup metre that makes this work easily readable with musical rthyme. By going through it once, one will be blessed with the knowledge of the Ultimate. Each sloka or verse gives the essence of a portion of the Upanishads and hence it is titled as Brahma Jnanavali Mala. By having the highest of knowledge, one can be a developed personality with excellet living. I request you to listen to ' Brahma Jnanavali Mala ' during this auspicious Dhanurmasam. http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=dr.anjaneyulu%20goli%20AND% 20collection%3Aopensource_audio
