All of you  might have taken Uttara dwara darshanam to day.

I will continue here about Kriya yoga

Apaane  juhwathi  pranam  prane panam tatha pare

Pranapaana gathi rudhva pranayama  parayanah

Apare niyataa haaraah  pranan praneshu juhwathi

Sarvepyete yagna  vido yagna kshapita  kalmashah

This  sloka  is  from  BhagavadGeeta  4 chapter 29-30 slokas

For normal  people who read   Geeta  the inner  meaning   of the sloka

is difficult  to  understand But  those  who  do  kriya  can  easily

catch  it

Kriya  yoga  has  five important  parts  .They  are  talavya

,pranayamam,nabhi kriya ,yonimudra and mahamudra.

The secret  of kriya yoga sadhan  shall be known  only  through Guru

Talavya  kriya dwaraa jihwa granthi bhedanam  jarugutundi

Pranayamam  dwaraa prana  apana  vayuvulu  sthiram avutayi

Nabhi kriya dwaraa samanavayuvu  sthirapadutundi

Yoni mudra dwara  Atma darsanam   kalugutundi

Mahamudra  dwara  vyana vudana  vayuvulu  sthirapadutayi

So  by doing  these  every day  the  sadhaka  slowly  gets  victory

over  pancha prana  and  establishes himself  in   soonya sthiti

Sorry  that  this  maill  is  half  english  and  half  telugu.I want

you  to understand  the words properly  hence used our  mother tongue. If

i  translate  you  may  mis the  subject

See you  all soon

I remain

In  devine love

kumari
