Guest guest Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 Priya Atma bandhuvulaku namaskaram  Yoga practice means normally people go for Hata yoga .By doing this  one can get physical benefit.But to get self realisation one needs a stable mind other wise he cannot enter in to sadhana and for this Raja yoga is necessary  Bhruvormadhye pranamavesya samyak sa tham param purushamupaithi divyam.  This means untill one gets the atma darshanam at his Agna chakra which is also known as kootastha ,one's life is not meaningful or total  So for this Raja yoga is a must for every one of us..Hata yoga and laya yoga is also beneficial Raja yoga makes mind stable Laya yoga helps in atma darshanam The body becomes tired by these two yogas .So  to get back the body in to normal state Hata yoga is helpful  Kriya yoga is a combination of the three above said yogas  Raja vidya Raja guhyam Pavitram idam uttamam  Pratyakshavagamam dharmyam su sukham karthu mavyayam [Geeta -9-2] So  Said Lord and hence it is really king of all vidyas and one should maintain the secret part of it[rajaguhyam] sincerely and strictly  In Devine love I remain kumari            Add more friends to your messenger and enjoy!
