Guest guest
PRIYA BHAGAVAT BANDUVULLARA!, It appears that there is a doubt as to when and in what condition one has to pray God. It is pertinent to quote Chapter 6 slokas 11,12,13, 14, of Bhagavat Gita, in which the Almighty gives us the best postures and condition of mind to meditate on the Almighty. Further, though there is no time specified, ( the Gyanis say you can meditate each and every second of your life, ie., Sarvakala Sarva Avastalalo), it is better if Sadhakas cultivate the habit of meditating in Brahi Muhurt, ie., 3.30 AM in the morning. Since at that time, for Grihastas, there will be tranquility and equilibrium of mind. That is the reason, Brahmi Muhurt is best part of the day to pray and continue prayers till your businesses demand your presence. Jai srimannarayana.
