Guest guest
Black Tea and Kidney Stones Black tea -- strong, brewed black tea in particular -- has a high concentration of oxalate, which is the primary component of kidney stones. If you drink a lot of black tea, make the switch to herbal teas, which have a low oxalate component (And drink lots of fresh water too).
