Guest guest
Priya Atma bandhuvalaku Namaste. Many people worship God in different forms and names like Krishna, Rama, Durga, Shiva etc. But most of them may not know that what our great Rishis of ancient times wanted to tell the common people ,the real meaning or idea behind this Idols. Let us take the Idol of Lord Krishna first. krishna has a flute in his hand which has six holes and these holes represent the six chakras in our body. The other side there is another hole which represents the sahasrara. This flute can be played only by blowing air in to it. This again represents the antarmukha pranayama that we all should do. When a person starts doing pranayama he shall see a beautiful eye [or light] which is also known as Kootastha. Krishna has a peacock feather on his head. The middle of this feather is like an eye and that represents the kootastha. Krishna stands in a different style and he is called tribhanga Murari. His statue has three bends These three bends represent the jihva grandhi, hridaya grandhi and mooladhara grandhi. In other words they are Brahma grandhi, Vishnu grandhi and Rudra grandhi Krishna's right leg is slightly bend and it seems he is balancing his body keeping weight on his left leg. This Represents the omkara kriya.Though the Lord is nirakara he is also known as trigunatmaka. This is the real meaning of tribhanga Murari Krishna's idol A complete yoga tatwa is explained through the Idol of Sri Krishna in this way.If anybody wants to worship him, this is the right method and he is called the real krishna bhaktha [taken from the book-----Purana purusha yogiraj Sri Shyama charan lahiri] Next mail we will learn about Durga In Devine love i remain kumari Add more friends to your messenger and enjoy!
