Guest guest
Now Spend the Remaining Life Doing God's Work For spiritual progress eagerness, fervor and promptness are essential. All activities should be for God alone. Both worldly work and spiritual work must be for only God. The aim should be Paramaatma only. Brothers and Sisters, we are of the view that we cannot stay without doing worldly work but we can stay without doing prayer and worship. The thing that is last on the list of our priorities is prayer, remembrance, worship and devotion of Bhagwaan. That is the reason for the delay in spiritual progress. In the spiritual path, everything that we do should help us to proceed on the path of Paramatma. We should not do anything that hinders us from moving forward on this path. Let there be only one aim - God realisation. Let us say we are going to Badrinath - that is our goal - then we are not concerned with various things that come along the way (side tours, detours, distractions etc). Our target is only Badrinath and to reach there. Similarly, let our aim be only God realisation, then there will not be any stops along the way for anything. We have all spent a good portion of our life doing worldly work, now let us spend our remaining life doing God's work. Let us now have only one goal, thereafter both spiritual and worldly work will be set right, as it is only His work. Bhagwaan made our destiny first and then gave us this human body. We had no control on where we were born. The human life is for spiritual discipline only, therefore let all our work be directed towards God Realization only. The worldly fortunes are already pre-destined. All are a manifestation of Paramatma alone as He is the root of all. The entire Universe is His manifestation. There is no good or bad, as All is God (Gita 7:19). He is within and without - nearest and farthest. Now pay attention to the following points - (i) All are in Paramatma (God); (ii) All is God's; (iii) God is in all; (iv) God is above all; (v) God is all. Accept any one fact and attain perfection. Without spiritualism man is worse than animals. Animals are progressing while the non spiritual man is degrading. Stay with the form of Bhagwaan that you are attracted to. Do not flow with the world. There are two main things for a sadhak - (i) Worship of God and (ii) Serving others. Only humans can do these two things. Therefore, lead a simple life and move towards God with a true and simple heart, with great fervor, determination and promptness. Remain ever absorbed in God. Let there be only one aim - God realisation.
