Dear Raghava Rao Garu,

I am shocked to hear the news.

Though, I do not know Sri I V S Rao personally, I heard that he is a great

scholar and a noted attorney to Maharaja Family of Mysore. He has not only

rendered more service to our TBP, but also encouraged Madam Aruna to serve

ourTBP. It is a great loss to us.  May his soul rest in peace.

Please convey my condolences to Madam Aruna, her daughter and family, .

I request all the members of TBP to pray for his soul.

With regards,

Sastry
