Guest guest
Dear Viswanath, Love and Love alone.... In future, kindly quote the sloka no., so that it would be easy for me to relate and locate and offer you a reply. It is not 'servering', it should have been 'severing' all relations, inert means, non-living beings. In this universe, all are ever-changing and will become inert ultimately. For example, take our body, once the chaitanya, or the prana goes away, or the heart-beat stops, this body will become inert, lifeless and is of no use to anybody and either it has to be burnt down into ashes or buried, so that it will not create any health-hazard to others. Use all inert objects, including this body, whenever and wherever required, but do not get attached to these objects. Getting attached means, developing raaga and dweshas, means moha or in other words, getting into Maya. So, knowing of the fact that this body is inert and getting rid of attachment to this body is realisation of the Truth. But, simply knowing is not sufficient, you should experience it totally. That is the sign of realisation or knowing the Self, or knowing the Truth. This realisation is better than any offering that we make either in puja rooms, or temples, or anywhere. I hope I am clear.
