Dharma fosters those who foster The mansion called life must be built on strong foundations, the pursuit of artha (wealth) and kama (fulfillment of desires) must be regulated by the yardstick of Dharma. Dharma fosters those who foster it. The strongest foundation is ever-present Faith in the Almighty. Some may ask, " If He is Almighty, why then is he not patent? " Well, He reveals Himself only to the person who has the yearning, not the one who puts questions out of impudence or ignorance. He will be patent only in the pure heart that is not clouded by egoism or attachment to worldly objects. 'Dharma' or Right Action promotes peace and happiness, contentment and joy. Today, we are in need of persons who have attained purity in all levels of consciousness. One can reach perfect bliss only when his/her heart becomes free from envy, egoism, greed and other evil traits. We need persons who can recognize and relish the kinship and the identity that exists between man and man, as well as between one society and another. Dharma, Righteous Action alone provides peace, contentment and joy. Dharma is not the giving of alms, feeding and providing lodging to pilgrims or the adherence to one's traditional profession or craft. In all worldly activities, you should be careful not to offend propriety, or the canons of good nature. You should not play false to the promptings of the Inner Voice. You should be prepared at all times to respect the appropriate dictates of conscience; you should watch your steps to see whether you are in someone else's way; you must be ever vigilant to discover the Truth behind all this scintillating variety. This is the entire duty, it is your Dharma.
