Sahasrara Chakra (Crown) - Ether - Dark Brown

Glands/Organs : Pineal, Upper Brain, Right eye, Cerebro, Spinal nervous system

Attributes : Bliss, Silence, Source of Spiritual Energy, Inspiration, Divine.

 

Ajna Chakra (Third Eye) - Ether - Dark Green

Glands/Organs : Pituitary, Ant. Nervous system, Lower brain, Spine, Left eye,

Nose, Ears.

Attributes : Inspiration, Divine, Clairvoyance, Telepathy.

 

Visuddha Chakra (Throat) - Ether - Blue - Sound

Glands/Organs : Thyroid, Lymphatic system, Bronchial, Teeth, Respiratory system.

Attributes : Communication, Self-expression, Creativity, Sound

 

Anahata Chakra (Heart) - Air - Green - Touch

Glands/Organs : Thymus, Heart, Lungs, Blood, Arms, Lymphatic glands, Circulatory

system.

Attributes : Compassion, Love.

 

Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus) - Fire - Yellow - Sight

Swadhisthana Chakra (Hara/Reproductive) - Water - Orange - Taste

Glands/Organs : Reproductive, Gonads, Sex organ, Skin, Spleen.

Attributes : Seat of creation, Creativity, Anger, Action, Sexuality, Peace.

 

Muladhara Chakra (Root) - Earth - Red - Smell

Glands/Organs : Adrenal, Kidney, Spinal column, Legs, Bones, Affect excretory,

Muscle and skeleton system.

Attributes : Seat of Kundalini Energy (Spine base)

 

`Chakra' means `Wheel' in Sanskrit language. They are Energy Centres located in

Ethnic Aura of Human Body. They have opening on front as well as back of the

body along the spine except Crown Chakra, which is found on top of head. They

are invisible by naked eye.

 

Each Chakra has control over related organs of the body and have a particular

colour, element and emotion.

 

Upper Three Chakras are responsible for spiritual growth and the Lower Three

Chakras are responsible for our material growth and the middle Chakra, i.e.,

Heart Chakra, connects these two.

 

When there is blockage in flow of vital energy through Chakras, it results in

diseases. Balancing of Chakras and their activation keeps maximum vitality and

health of human body.
