Please know that you are very own of Sri Thakur and Sri Ma and if you strengthn this thought in your heart , you will be free forever from all fears and tears. Second, read thev literature of Swami Vivekananda, in which you will found the assurance on every step : Strength is Life Weakness is Death The remedy of weakness is not brooding over weakness, but thinking of Strength. Do you know how much energy, how many powers, how many forces are still lurking behind that frame of yours? If there is one word that you find coming out like bomb from the Upanishads, bursting like a bomb-shell upon the masses of ignorance is the word " Fearlessness" and the only religion that ought to be thought is the religion of Fearlessness. bittu_hiral <bittu_hiral wrote: can any one tell me that what is the way to abolish fear from the deep root of our mind and its

first and foremost mind cannot be controlled , changed . how will you do it? you have to do it using mind only. so mind controlling mind ? this is the contradiction we go through for ever and we think we are gone . we become split in mind (split personality :)) . one part of mind is trying to control another part of the mind. only way is to accept that mind is another organ like legs. dont give too much importance to mind. have you ever thought about legs so much? mind knows to confuse, create fear etc . like legs know to walk. its ok , it is doing its job. increases awareness(passive observing) on your tougths . mind will disappear by itself like dead leaves from a tree . Look at you body and mind(thoughts) like you look at a movie. i dont think so you set yourself fire when movie shows some fire. where love ceases fear

establishes. only love can take off fear. everything is energry . fear is some form of the same energy. meditate on the fear without condeming , rejecting , analysiing it. the form (fear) will disappear and the same energy gets released and you become fearless(love) bittu_hiral <bittu_hiral wrote: can any one tell me that what is the way to abolish fear from the deep root of our mind and its thoughts?

The opposite of fear is faith. So, obviously, the way out is to cultivate faith. Swami Vivekananda often referred to this fact of cultivating Shraddha. We anyway have a lot of faith. Just that we pin our faith in fleeting realities like money, qualification, prestige, etc......and they often fail us and we still keep stressing the ego to churn faith in the midst of chaos.

I have found it useful to shift this faith from the fleeting to God through educating the mind........and not hope to succeed in a day. Repeated efforts yield results and God also responds to our sincere attempt to connect to the real and permanent. Of course, our speed of achievement depends on our speed of learning.

Warm regards,

Debajit

by putting our trust in the lord. know what's happening is according to HIS will. know for sure that because you have been sent down to the earth by HIM; He will protect you and you are nothing but HIS responsibility. in such a scenario if fear creeps in Talk to Him. He will guide you through. its just Him and No one else. Be Aware, Be Alert and Acknowledge one simple truth ... We are nothing but His children. He has put us here (in this world) and We are entirely, completely HIS responsibility. Think about this... What is there to fear? The world is our playground. Materials and people are all robotic and have a manufacturing date along with an expiry date. So what is left is...the things and the deeds and the circumstances... Now, mostly the circumstances are Challenges thrown on to us by The Lord himself. Situations are created and they puzzle you, they seek your attention and what

you get in turn is ...nothing but a realisation of who you are ...what are you capable of and what are you not capable of...you Learn. Lord wants us to Learn and hence we are put in these never ending circles of materials. (Maya...as I call it). Situations and circumstances dont remain the same ...they are time dependent variables...so where is the fear??? Love Thakur, Love Ma and you will find that you are so busy loving them, talking to them that you get no time to even think of how the day comes to an end. Talk to them, confide in them. Believe and know for sure that they are there with you, for you :) Loads of best wishes and Luck... Taposhri. bittu_hiral <bittu_hiral wrote: can any one tell me that what is

Hi,

I believe we can conquer fear by following core

guideline given in Bhagwat Geetha -'Karmanye va

dhikarate ma fale shu kadachana', Do our 'karmas'

without worrying about the results. As most of the

time thinking of the results of our 'karmas' creates

fear in our mind.

Nirav.

Abhayam mitrad-abhayam-amitrad abhyam-jnatad abhayam paroksat

Abhayam naktam-abhayam diva nah sarva asa mama mitram bhavantu Atharvaveda

19.15.6

Its Meaning: May I be fearless from friends; fearless from those whom I do not

know yet, fearless from what is ahead of me – known and unknown; fearless during

the night; fearless during the day; and May ALL directions be friendly to me.

Purport: The fear is the root cause of our aggressiveness, assertiveness and

even nervousness. It causes us to lose our peace. I must learn to live in the

world to be fearless. If I align with the most powerful and almighty God then I

can find absolutely no cause of fear from anybody, anything, anytime and

anywhere. Once I make Him my true friend (that is, when I become His friend)

then there can be no fear and I can live with peace.

Where Do We Go Wrong?: We think we must get physically/militarily stronger than

our adversaries to become fearless. This attitude sees no end. This is a vicious

circle. We have seen great wars and even the shadow of the 'cold war' some

decades ago was quite fearsome. For instance, we see that the entire military

might of the USA doesn't bring the desired result in Afghanistan and Iraq. We

must gather both, the spiritual strength by aligning with God and

material/military strength for legitimate defensive purpose to meet an

adventurous adversary in today's misguided world. When we have influenced the

world to a significant state that there is no adversary left over then the

latter need will gradually diminish.
