SIVABAKTHAS ALL OVER THE WORLD,

Here, is an Ancient Sivalayaa completely in a disturbed condition

supposed a 900 years old one.

The H.R.C.E Department says that they are unaware of any such temple

existed there as per their records.

But from the village and nearby area the avilable sources identify the

Lord as SHREE CHIDAMBARESWARAR'

In course of time people who have been the care takers of this SHIVA

left the place and resulted the temples present state ofd affairs.

The MULASTHANA LINGAM ,alone still left there in its original place

making all the other deities to be finding their way out from the

village.

Even at a time when the Karuvalarsery Agastheeswarar aalaya authorities

were in this temple with an appeal to make use of a Nandhi left uncared

at a time when Kumbaabishegam was on the anvil,local villagers left to

part withe same and finally it was that they lost this Nandhi Baghwaan

too to someone unknown to them.

THIS WRITER VISITED THE VILLAGE ALONG WITH SHREE THIRVADIKUDIL SWAMIGAL

OF KUMBAKONAM ON 3RD OF MAR 2010 AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THIS TEMPLE IN

RUINS

..

Now it has been decided with the the divine Blesses of Shree Shivaa to

immediatly to put back the temple on its own fasion as per AAgamas

mainly installing the MainLINGAM a small size Vinayagar andMurugar also

to find a place in addittion to Shree Nandeeswarar.Ambaal will be in the

form of Bogasakthi Yanthyra style so that day to day maintence will be

made more easy to the priest.
