Guest guest
For online translation on Upanisads http://www.realization.org/page/topics/upanishads.htm Some of the major upanisads are covered in the above site. For Max Muellers translation of the major upanisads go to: ---- http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/upan/index.htmovered. Start with katha upanisad if possible. Bhagvad Gita As It Is is online at http://www.bhagavad-gita.us/ This is the translation by Srila Prabhupada ( Certainly one of the best translations I have read on Gita). One question to the list ========================= Can anyone send me the sanskrit translation of Sankara's hym (The Soul of our soul). Which goes like this Lord, may we feel that Thou art the soul of our soul, that it is thine energy which is functioning as our mind and intelligence! May our bodies be Thine abode, and our enjoyments be as offerings unto Thee! May our poweres and desires be the companions of Thy will, and our lives the instruments of Thy purpose ! May our every word be a hymn unto Thee, our every act Thine adoration, and our every step a pilgrimage to Thy shrine! And may we realize , O Lord that whatever we perceive is lighted with Thy light, that the universe and all its beings are Thy very self !
