Guest guest
> Dear Ellyn, I am sorry to read about the bad health of your father. Even though he might have been arrogant and led a life of his own with out following the good social conventions, as a child, you have to pray for him. As a matter of fact we should pray for well being of all the living beings irrespective of their past deeds. Who are we to judge? Let us do what the elders have taught us or the scriptures have taught us - to pray for those who are suffering. What happens later is also decided by the Judge and not by us. Best Wishes. Guest guest
> Dear Ellyn, Swami Prabhavananda used to say, " Don't pray for an outcome, you do not know what is best, but pray for the person. " You may be sure that whatever happens, your father will be living what is best for him in the long-term.
