Guest guest
I AM A STUDENT OF YOGANANDA AND HE ALWAYS STRESSED ON MEDITATE, MEDITATE , MEDITATE, WHEN EATING SLEEPING WORKING , OR PERFORMING ANY ACTION; WE LAY ALL ACTIONS AT THE FEET OF THE DIVINE AS SERVICE TO GOD. IN MY CLINIC WHERE I SERVE THE PUBLIC IN TORONTO, CANADA, I SEE THEM AS A LITTLE BUDDHA, OR GOD IN THE FORM AS THESE BEINGS. I CANNOT HELP BUT BE HAPPY TO SERVE THEM AND I FEEL A PEACE WITHIN. EVEN THE JOY THAT GOD PROJECTS THROUGH ME, I CAN SEE PEOPLE ARE CALM IN MY PRESENCE. . MINDFULLNESS IS IMPORTANT AND ONE CAN BE CALMLY ACTIVE AND ACTIVELY CALM. IN GOD IS ALL PEACE, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU. JUST KEEP GOING WITHIN YOURSELF BY MEDITATING AND YOU WILL FIND PEACE, JOY, LOVE AND GOD'S INFINITE LIGHT. KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL YOU REACH ENLIGHTENMENT. IN VIVEKANANDA'S RAJA YOGA YOU WILL READ ABOUT THE SUBTLE EFFECT OF THE PROGRESS OF MEDITATION. DO NOT GIVE UP BUT ALSO DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY AND MISTAKE THE METHOD FOR THE GOAL WHICH IS GOD AND ONLY GOD. I FIND THE TEACHINGS OF PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA AND SWAMI VIVEKANANDA VERY SIMILAR AND THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME IN ALL OF THEIR TEACHINGS AND WRITINGS. PEACE CAN ONLY BE FOUND IN GOD WHO IS WITHIN YOU AND NO WHERE ELSE . JUST LEARN FROM YOUR BEHAVIOUR AND MOVE ON. FEELING GUILTY CANNOT MAKE THINGS BETTER BUT FEELING GUILTY MAY HELP YOU TO AMEND YOUR PAST ACTIONS. SO CHEER UP AND KEEP STRIVING TOWARDS THE INFINITE. MAY THE DIVINE GUIDE YOU ALWAYS BRAD.
