Hi Satsangha Members, Recently I came across a book called " Autobiography Of A Yogi " by Shri Paramahansa Yogananda. It is simply wonderful.I think it is a very well known book throughout the world. I just wanted to remind the name of Shri||Yoganandaji to my fellow group members. When I read his book I feel as if he is speaking to me through his book. It's a great experience. Guest guest Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 Hi - If you are really interested, you can go for their Yogoda method of Self Realization, you have to send a small fee to them and they will send you some lessons and you have to follow them, which usually consists of some Yogic exercises and other things a Sadhak has to follow. Some people told me it is really really powerful and effective. I am trying to start it ... Thanks & Regards.
