Emma Calve

I thought this might be of interest to members of this group.

 

While the sound recordings of Swami Vivekananda made on the wax

cylinders are probably lost or irretrivable for ever, I bumped into

several sites on the internet with recordings from one of his close

associates, Emma Calve. A search in Google showed up several such

sites. A description of Emma Calve's first meeting with Swamiji is

interviews.

 

I have tried to locate recordings of Emma Thursby, another of

Swamiji's disciples. Does any one know if they exist?
