Guest guest
Vivekananda Centre London Hinduism Results We have had a chance to analyse the results of GCSE and A/S level Hinduism. Without a filtration process in place, without homework or use of mock exams, and after attending only 15 sessions of about 40 minutes each, our candidates have done quite well. The statistics are as follows:- A/S level Results: 100 pass rate. 65 % of candidates gained either A or B grades. GCSE Results: The Edexcel grade boundaries were suddenly shifted for all RS GCSE examinations this year. They were shifted up by 10%, meaning:- A* is only possible by gaining above 90% marks, A grade possible only by gaining over 80%marks etc. This came as a bit of a surprise but the overall performance is in line with previous results. 22% candidates gained 80% or more marks and 55% candidates gained 70% or more marks. Half the candidates have gained more than 70 percent marks! Vivekananda Centre London http://www.vivekananda.co.uk
