In order to make sure the list members do not get overwhelmed with too many emails we suggest the following:- (a) Go on to the " Digest Mode " . Each member can go the list site and change his/her status to Digest Mode. This means just one email per day from our list (containing all the messages that have been posted in that period). If you are unable to do this then please email us and we will arrange to get you on the digest mode. (b) When replying please delete the tail end of messages (unless a part of it is very relevant to the ongoing discussion). © Please do not send messages saying " I agree " or " Thanks " as that can clog up the system. (d) Send short postings and please do not use all CAPITALS as that is considered to be shouting : ) (e) Do not send attachments. We have discontinued this facility recently to avoid virus transmission via the list. May Sri Ramakrishna continue to bless the activities of this list.
