Guest guest Posted September 17, 2003 Report Share Posted September 17, 2003 Programme on Sister Nivedita One good thing that came out of this programme is that it can be analysed academically and be classified as:- 'A Classic piece of biased media presentation on Hinduism.' Part of our syllabus on Hinduism requires us to analyse such media presentations. So, henceforth a few hundred Hindu and Non-Hindu youngsters every year - will be analysing in depth this programme and how it can be classified as biased media presentation of Hinduism in the UK. The producer and the programme will be immortalised by hundreds of students over many years to come : ) This material may get into textbooks on Hinduism used by schools in the UK. So some good will come out of this poor episode.
