Travel: Grendon Hall is about an hour's drive from London. We all make our own way to the retreat place by about 5 pm on Friday and return on Sunday evening. Theme: The Focus of the Retreat will be 'RajaYoga' Cost: £55 per person plus VAT = £65 This includes accommodation and all meals. Reserving your Place: This country house can accommodate about 70 people. By now half the places have been taken.
