I agree with you that we need to make our hearts clean and pure before embarking on piligrimages. I think we can experience all the things that you told only by going on a piligrimage with unconditional love. If we go there with worldy desires, it would be difficult to experience such affection and devotion towards god since our primary motto would be being in that place instead of being with god. However,i do not want to say that going on a piligrimage with worldy desires is bad.Shri saibaba once said that people who come with worldly desires slowly turn spiritual once their desires are fulfilled. ===== Everyone makes mistakes, but very few learn from them.
