Guest guest
Dear Sir, You can use japa beads so that you need not count in the mind. Kirtan you can perform without counting but japa should be counted. Guest guest
Forgive me for asking such a question, but what is the logic behind counting japas, are we to compromise quality over quantity? For example, if you are watchig a movie, there you see people getting married, divorsed, getting killed, making money, losing money etc.etc. But you are only witnessing these things and they dont affect your life. This is a great attitude for meditation and becomes even more powerful when it is applied in your daily life!
