Guest guest
All theists agree that behind the changeable there is an Unchangeable, though they vary in their conception of the Ultimate. Buddha denied this in toto. " There is no Brahman, no Atman, no soul, " he said.
Guest guest
Dear Friends, Buddha never denied it. He just refused to just chat about it. Buddhism accepts reincarnation. What reincarnates ? What Brahman is cannot be described in words as Holy Master said and so Buddha was silent. --- Ananta <sarada wrote: > All theists agree that behind the changeable there > is an Unchangeable, > though they vary in their conception of the > Ultimate. Guest guest
My dear friend, I dont' think that Buddha would denie anything at all(that means lack of knowledge, you know what does " buddhi " means-universal pure nkowledge). " Nothing " has completely different meaning in this case. " NOt a THING " , NO NAME, NO SHAPE.It is impossible to be described, couse any kind of explaination makes it weaker.love ;ihaela Ananta <sarada wrote: All theists agree that behind the changeable there is an Unchangeable, though they vary in their conception of the Ultimate.
