Namaste Srinivas,

Atman is what we call what is absolute reality, self, when we experience

ourself as separate and have ego/mind. Paramatman is what we call atman

when mind has been absorbed in it and there is no separation. They are the

same thing described from different perspectives.

Do you feel a sense of dissatisfaction? This leads to realization.

Love, Bob
