Brahman IS " here and now " everywhere …We are " here and now " in an illusion if we feel the presence of a body and mind How to know ourSelf? ….how to give up the illusion? We know ourSelf if we identify the presence of Love not only in our own heart….but everywhere. …Brahman must be Love so How to give up the illusion? …how to fill up the whole heart with Love? The ego-mind need to get the virus of Love to loose all diseases of illusions …Love will destroy the ego-mind How to fill up the whole heart with Love? …how to take away the food which let grow the ego-mind? Brahman will help to fill up the heart by endless Love. …the heart need to pray and meditate with endless Love for Brahman How to take away the food which let grow the ego-mind? …how to Be ourSelf?
