Guest guest
First and foremost, though its Sri Ramakrishna's statement made before Swamiji saying " One who was Rama and Krishna is Ramakrishna but not in the vedantic sense " which is accorded the most significance for Sri Ramakrishna's divine status, there are numerous instances where Sri Ramakrishna says " Christ, Gauranga and I are one " , Another interesting one is during his last days he draws a circle around his chest and asks Swamiji to interpret what he said, Swamiji said that it meant that the entire world emanated from Sri Ramakrishna. These incidents are meant to strengthen the faith of the devotee towards Sri Ramakrishna. However to this point Swami Prabbhudhanandji of the SF vedanta society says that " Fire is Fire, no matter how you touch it " , Approach Sri Ramakrishna as a friend, Guru, God or in any manner you please, how you approach him is not important but the fact that you approach him is important. When you approach him you cannot but be transformed. Regds Vinay ===== Strength is life, weakness is death. - Swami Vivekananda Read only the mail you want - Mail SpamGuard.
