Guest guest Posted July 20, 2005 Report Share Posted July 20, 2005 Hello everyone! my topic for discussion is meditation, I would like to ask how to tackle unwanted distractions within the concentration of the mind, do you just let these distractions pass, should you be concerned about these distractions. I find that when I attempt to meditate at times I get unwanted distractions of daily life. This breaks my concentration and I have to start again.
