Guest guest
Infact, as Thakur had said once, there are two ways to enter a house, either through the Drawing room or through the Toilet. Vama Marga is through the Toilet and why should once go through it if the path through Drawing Room is available. The importance of celibacy is of paramount importance in Thakur's way of life. It is although said that some may not have Yoga without some Bhoga but that never justifies one to go for Bhoga just because he thinks first he should complete it and then should go for Yoga. But, I am a householder and as told hundreds of times by Thakur and his followers, my understanding is surely tainted and coloured and it is always better to consult some senior sannyasin of Ramakrishna Mutt for further guidance. __ Start your day with - make it your home page http://www./r/hs
Guest guest
Dear Jagannathji, With all due respect, Sri Ramakrishna would not have spoken like that. While I see the terrorist acts as true aberrations from humane values, it is grossly unfair to categorise the whole as one. Hindus respect other religions as much as we do ours. So our master, guide and guru, our beloved Sri Ramakrishna taught us. Wont we be worthy heirs? Wont we live the way he taught and lived? Am I going to categorise all Hindus, including me, as lunatics just because some idiots (thousands of them I must add) tore down the place of worship of others? Definitely not. I proudly embrace my Muslim brothers. They are no cancer. They are no abberation to be eradicated through chemotherapy. They are my own blood, my own life....the life of my life. I'll lay down my life for another Muslim as much as I would do for a Hindu. They are the Atman, the very same Atman which is in you and me. Once again my apologies, if I came through as a bit strong-worded. Regards, Sudheesh >
