Guest guest
Dear Swamy, I think Debottam had no motive behind using the word " late " . The Guru as Satchidananda never dies. And death of Sadhu's is never mourned. We have " utsav's " or celebrations. While devotees at the Bhubaneswar Math remebered Swami Ranganathanandaji, one devotee had a particularly uplifting tale to narrate. He had certain doubts but was not able to ask Revered Maharaj during his lifetime. However the night Maharaj passed away he appeared before the devotee in a dream and cleared all his doubts. Ordinarily Swami Ranganathanandaji asked devotees not to attach too much importance to dream experiences but this particular dream has its own significance. Like you I too do not feel the absence of Revered Maharaj. Rather he seems more close now. It is all his grace towards his devotees. I used to pray for his good health and wellbeing every day while he was in the body and I continue to pray in the same vein. Recently the mouthpiece of the Sarada Math, " Nibodhata " has carried two excellent articles on Revered Maharaj By Most Revered Amalaprana Mataji and Madam Abhaya, a lay devotee. I hope his devotees are able to read the articles. You can write to Sarada Math to arrange for english translations so that non Bengali devotees of Maharaj can also enjoy them. Revered Vedantaprana Mataji, editor of Nibodhata is a great saint herself. My respect and awe for Revered Maharaj is now turning to love. Are other devotees too feeling the same? Regards, Jagannath.
