Guest guest
Om Namah Sivaya Sri Ramakrishna’s saying: “Janana is the realisation of the Atman by elimination of all phenomena. By eliminating the phenomena through the process of discrimination, one attains Samadhi and realises the Atman. And Vijnana means knowing with greater fullness. Some have only heard of milk, some have but seen it, while others have tasted it. He who has only heard of it is an ignorant man. He who has seen it is the Jnani. But only he who has tasted it has attained Vijana, that is, has known it in entirety. To see God and have intimate relation with Him as with a near kinsman, is what is called Vijnana.” Tirumantirum (verse 2329): Higher Knowledge is Beyond Self-Knowledge By himself Jiva knows not; Yet is he not without (Higher) knowledge; The knowledge he himself has Is Sat-Asat; When the two as Grace descend Then he knows himself, And with Siva one becomes. Tirukural: (5) Good and bad, delusion's dual deeds, do not cling to those who delight in praising the Immutable, Worshipful One. _________ Messenger - NEW crystal clear PC to PC calling worldwide with voicemail http://uk.messenger.
