Guest guest
Dear List, With regards to detachment and seeing things as they really are, many people have benefitted from meditation on this topic. One mentioned to me recently was 'vipassana'. Does anyone in the group have personal experience of this meditation or know of it, and how it can assist in seeing the link of oneness with everything? Guest guest
"detachment and seeing things as they really are" and "seeing the link of oneness with everything" Don't know much about the meditation aspect of it but I would think of it as a part of my day to day activity. Try to develop it as a skill and take on it as a part of my living. Nothing is mine. Absolutely nothing. I am here because He wants me here. I am seeing what He is making me see. The vision is his gift. Whatever I hold is His. Its His kingdom that He has made me a part of. I have to live with it and enjoy and make the most of it at the same time since its a precious gift, I need to take care of it. I need to understand the fact that I am a part of His creation. I am as good and an insect, I am as blessed as anyone else or anything else that has come through the hands of the Creator. I need to reunite. I need to understand my job and need to make the most of my tenure out here and this is it. I dont have to meditate as in I dont really have to take some time out especially because I want to learn and enjoy the pleasure of Oneness. I can do that with each and every breath of mine, which is also gifted. As simple as this... I am holding a gift, that is "I". I have to go back and complete the loop, go back and understand that I am not the Creator, I am just a God send creature with a fixed time period. Nothing was mine, nothing is mine and nothing will be mine ever because even the "I" is not the real Me. India Matrimony: Find your partner now.
