Guest guest
ASHANKAH YOGI, RASA, SPIRITED DEBATE ON PASSIVE VS AGGRESSIVE GURUS http://www.womanthouartgod.com/ DEAR ASHANKAH YOGI, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD ANSWERS AND I NOTICED YOU ARE DIPLOMATIC AND HUMBLE. YOU ARE A REAL EUROPEAN-STYLE GENTLEMAN THE WAY MY DAD WAS! (UNUSUAL FOR THE INTERNET, WHICH SEEMS FILLED WITH SHARKS READY TO DEVOUR EVERYONE! LOL.) I WILL THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE SAID AND SEE IF I CAN COME UP WITH ANYTHING. BUT BASICALLY THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF AT THE MOMENT IS THERE IS A VARIANCE IN ATTITUDE BETWEEN EAST AND WEST, BETWEEN CHRISTIANITY AND YOGA. YOGA PEOPLE FROM INDIA SEEM TO BE MORE LAID BACK (EXCEPT THE ONES WHO COME TO AMERICA!) AND CHRISTIANS, ESPECIALLY PROTESTANTS, SEEM TO BE AGGRESSIVE. IT IS A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE AND THERE ARE ARGUMENTS ON BOTH SIDES FOR WHICH IS RIGHT. CERTAINLY GOOD ARGUMENTS ON BOTH SIDES. WHICHEVER SIDE SUITS A PERSON, THAT WOULD BE THE SIDE THEY WOULD BE ON. SO IF ONE WANTS TO BE PASSIVELY 'AVAILABLE,' THEN ONE WOULD GO FOR THE OLD-STYLE HINDU GURU. IF ONE WANTS TO BE AGGRESSIVE, GO FOR THE 'ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS' STYLE. WHY CANNOT A PERSON CHOOSE THEIR OWN STYLE AND FOLLOW IT? CAN ONLY ONE BE RIGHT? THAT IS THE QUESTION! IS ONLY ONE SIDE RIGHT, AND THE OTHER SIDE WRONG? OR CAN ONE CHOOSE THEIR OWN STYLE???????????????? I WILL THINK MORE PERHAPS AND ADD TO THIS. INFINITE LOVE, MAY GOD BE PRAISED! RASA
