Guest guest
Hi As we have both day and night for outside world to speak frankly.this good and bad both in mind and accordingly we can perceive.in actual outside world it's neither bad nor good but it's only manifestation of "GOD".This good and bad are not indepandent rather they are situation(circumstances) dependent.wheather someone lost or gain and anything happens in this world its "DHARMA".that is happening in this universe and DHARMA is in "GOD". according to Dharama sun rises in the east and sets in the west. its Dharma that is deciding the life period and comforts and able to serve others rather good or bad. om tat sat bhagavan sriramakrishnaya namh shatih
Guest guest
Hi Karol, In order to answer the question that why God gives us both good and bad tendencies I feel it is a question that I had been after as well. I searched many a books and asked many a persons, but in vain. Only one day I got a reference in Swami Vivekananda's writing where he discussed the question, the reason for creation of this world, or in short what inspired God to create this world. If he had not created this universe and its beings then all problems would have been solved. But He not only created this world, but also put good and evil, sinners and saints and other extreme contradictions. But Swamiji says, if we ask this question "God, what did inspire u to create this world", the question itself becomes a fallacy. For, God does not come under reason. The moment you ask God a reason for His action, you consider that He is not God at all. God does not come within the cycle of cause and effect which we say laws of causation. In Mathematics we read about Infinity. The mathematicians introduce us to this nature of mathematical figure as "Undescribable, Undefined". Considering this, we proceed to work with Infinity. But first we accept this fact that we cannot understand infinity. So, it is like considering that we cannot understand infinity we try to understand other objects within Infinity which are finite. If you are a little obstinate and say, "No let me understand Infinity first. Then I will work out mathes", then certainly nobody will pay heed to you. So, reason comes out of unreasonability. We must accept this and proceed. You may ask questions what are the good ways of leading life, how to be dedicated to God, and there are many answers. But not for this, if you really wish to go by logic and wisdom. But they say, that where science ends philosophy begins. The ancient sages said...where reasonability fails to reach, where from thoughts return back unsuccessful...there only the believer, the failthful can enter. So, faith can lead us to the answer absolute, but it may be a core individual experience for you will fail to describe your ideas that reach beyond logic and wisdom to the world at large which moves within the cycle of logic and reasonabilty.
