Namaskar Prasadji,

Mother and many other deities are worshiped in Ramakrishna ashrams on their appropriate days.

It is said in Sri Ramakrishna's life and Gospel that, Whenever he achieved Sidhi in any spiritual discipline, the associated deity merged in him. It is also said that devout Christians saw in him Jesus Christ. The Holy Mother saw in him Kali and that is why when he left the body she cried, "Ma Kali, why have you left me?" Gopaler Ma saw in him her Ishta devta- Bal Gopal. Mathur Babu saw in him both Shiva and Kali. He therefore represents all deities. At least once he told one of his disciples that meditating on him and repeating his name will be enough for him to reach his goal.

Therefore it looks to me that daily worship of Sri Ramakrishna in Sri Ramakrishna Centers is the most appropriate. Any thing else in these centers would be in-congruent. Regards.
