Can any list member help?

We have a very important website called Hinduism for Schools that is visited by tens of thousands of youngsters from English schools every year. We had created this website using word.

You can see it by visiting http://www.hinduism.fsnet.co.uk (at the bottom of each individual page we have some words that can be heard by moving the mouse over these key Hindu words).

The website is only friendly for internet explorer and even with that if we use internet explorer 7 (we have to deactivate active x control to be able to gain access to the pronunciations at the bottom of the pages). Is there any list member who can do the mamoth task of converting the whole thing to make it firefox friendly using any other method other than word format?

We cannot pay for the work so it has to be a labour of love.

Any takers?

regards

jay

Dear Jay,

I am Satwik, from Bangalore, India. I work for a leading Knowledge Process Outsourcing company Brickwork India Pvt. Ltd. In fact, in the past our web designing team has also done work for Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Mysore.

I discussed your request with our Chairman & CEO and he has approved of the same. Danny, our Team Lead for web-designing, has studied the website and says it is very much possible to do the job.

This being the Christmas season, most of our analysts are on leave and we can take up this work in the first week of Jan. 2007. I will get back to you once you confirm this timeline. Thereafter our software analysts will need access to the Hinduism for Schools website.

Looking forward to your reply on this.
