Honor life. Do not needlessly kill.2. Always speak the truth. (There may be very rare exceptions, as to save life.)3. Do not appropriate to yourself what is another's.4. Observe sexual purity.5. Be careful how much of the world's goods you acquire.6. Keep body and mind clean and healthy.7. Practice contentment.8. Practice some measure of austerity.9. Study: give discipline to the mind.10.
