actiwating Kundalini

Dear friends,

 

As per Sri Ramakrishna paramahamsa it is prerequisite to activate your

kundalini to visualize or realize god.

I have awakened my kundalini. The kundalini shakthi is flowing in my body. Now i

really don't know in which stage i am. I am

bit confused. I am in search of a GURU. Can any one please guide me, where can i

find a GURU who has realized god. I say in bangalore, India.

Dear Vinay,

It is wonderful to know that you believe that the great Kundalini

is active in your body. Usually people take years even births to rouse Her up. I

don't know about your years of efforts but can guess those to be of much stress

and strain. However, as Swami Vivekananda said that sometimes Kundalini can be

activated by severe emotional or physical endeavour like by the frantic dancing

and chanting of the highly charged devotees. But he has sounded a note of alarm

against this method because once the great Power comes out of Her slumber,she

needs an extremely powerful body and absolutely pure mind to be encased safely

and beneficially. On the other hand,an instinct-withered body and enslaved mind

breaks down like a house of cards under the impact of the Power.

Now a few words of caution for you.

First,please keep your spiritual achievements a closely guarded secret only to

be discussed with your Guru.

Secondly, in case your Kundalini is activated and your body and mind can sustain

that divine Power,dedicate that achievement unconditionally to your God and know

certainly that it is due to His illimitable grace that it has happened with you.

Think yourself blessed and pray to Him to guide you.

Finally,believe that your Guru is waiting for you somewhere and will be

appearing on the right time if you really deserve,as you think,an accomplished

one.

Kindly allow me to submit humbly that whatever I have written is absolutely from

my reading and I do not claim to have any first hand knowledge in this field. I

bow down to all great souls who have known themselves and live for the happiness

of the commoners.
